  • Peter17- I believe youre referring to the Rep proposal to ensure only legal aliens (now go figure what that means) have the right to purchase low-cost health insurance right? If that was all that was in the proposal then I would say the Dems blew it.

  • that's the spirit, think not of our fellow man. I'm on welfare, as is my brother, my cousin, and 9.8% of once employed workers. UC is welfare dude. And once again, how will ridding Welfare improve this nation's current predicament. Comon' folks, lets have some real and meaningful input.

  • Well, Obama is....but he's starting with a trillion dollar deficit already handed to him by an admistration that went from a budget surplus when Clinton left office, to a trillion dollar deficit 8 years later.

  • After  reading the article, one overriding theme still remains and President Obama has voiced it many, many times "If you have something better, bring it".   What he says is true, "doing nothing is not the answer".   Calling this socialism shows how little people know …
